New Director of Compliance

We are pleased to announce that Eric Gibson has joined the firm as Director of Compliance.

Eric brings more than 30 years of experience in the default services industry, with a strong background in mortgage servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and regulatory compliance. In his role, Eric works closely with firm leadership and operational teams to strengthen compliance programs, enhance internal processes, and help ensure the firm meets evolving regulatory and client requirements.

Throughout his career, Eric has worked across both legal services and mortgage servicing environments, leading initiatives focused on risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and compliance oversight. His depth of industry knowledge and practical experience will play an important role in supporting the firm’s continued commitment to operational excellence and regulatory integrity.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Development from Southern New Hampshire University.
